- Technical basics: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs including IP addresses for security and delivery. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

- To send relevant follow-up about your audit, which you can opt out of by replying "stop" to any message
We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where your data lives
Form and chat submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our email. Voice input in the chat assistant, if you choose to use it, is processed by your own browser's built-in speech recognition and is not stored by us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email voicelabmarketing@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. The chat assistant may use your browser's session storage to remember the conversation during your visit. Clearing your browser data removes it.
